  • How to Register KIOSK ?
    • 1.Go to www.AISECTonline.com.
      2.Click on Register KIOSK (This link is located on the left under “User Login” section)
      3.Read the instructions completely.
      4.Click on continue.
      5.Fill the form completely and submit, click on “Print” button and take print of the form.
      6.Sign the form.
      7.Post or handover the signed form along with 4 photographs of your shop to MPOnline office.
      8.If possible please attach the road map of your shop showing the distance between your shop
      and nearest Kiosk, attested by Nagar Nigam.
      9.MP Online will conduct the survey of your shop and the location.
      10.If found suitable, MPOnline will contact you regarding signing of Agreement.

  • Where do I find list of authorized Kiosk List?
    • Its available on MPOnline Home Page at top middle position as "Authorized KIOSK List".

  • Where is Kiosk Registration Link available?
    • Its available onMPOnline Home Page at top left position under User Login.


  • What are Prerequisites for Being a Kiosk?
    • The applicant should have a rented or owned premise with following facilities;
      1.One Computer.
      2.One Printer.
      3.One Scanner.
      4.One Webcam.
      5.Broadband Internet Connection.
      6.Minimum 250m distance from other Kiosk in commercial area and minimum 500m in Residential area.

  • Which Documents are Required?
    • 1.Address Proof
      2.PAN Card
      3.4 Photos of your shop
      4.2 Passport size photograph of yourself
      5.Road Map showing distance between your shop and nearest Kiosk.

  • How is the commission paid?
    • Its paid on monthly basis, the amount gets credited to your Kiosk ID at the end of every month.

  • Where can I check the commission details?
    • 1.Login to site with your Kiosk ID and password.
      2.Scroll down to the Kiosk Services, Activities section and click on "Commission Summary" link.

  • From where can I change my password?
    • 1.Login to www.mponline.gov.in with your Kiosk ID and password.
      2.Scroll down to the Kiosk Services, Activities section and click on “Update Profile” link.

  • From where can I change my Bank Details?
    • 1.Login with your Kiosk ID and password.
      2.Scroll down to the Kiosk Services, Activities section and click on “Update Profile” link.>

  • From where can I change my Contact Details?
    • 1.Login to sitewith your Kiosk ID and password.
      2.Scroll down to the Kiosk Services, Activities section and click on “Update Profile” link.

  • From where can I check my Transactions?
    • 1.Login to www.mponline.gov.in with your Kiosk ID and password.
      2.Scroll down to the Kiosk Services, Activities section and click on “My Transactions” link,
      fill in the details depending on the information you want to view and click on search.

  • In which locations Kiosk can be established?
    • All over Madhya Pradesh

  • Can I reactivate my Kiosk ID; I have not used it since last 6 or more than 6 months?
    • No, Renewal is not possible if u have not used your Kiosk ID for 6 or more than 6 months.

  • Can I change address in my Kiosk ID as I have shifted my shop to another place?
    • Sorry, no change in address is possible. You can apply for new kiosk with new address.

  • How do I Self Recharge my KIOSK ID?
    • 1.Log in with your kiosk ID and password.
      2.Scroll down to the Kiosk Services, Activities section and click on "Self Recharge (Top up)".
      3.Self recharge can be done if you have account in either of 3 Banks.
      a.State Bank of India. b.State Bank of Indore. c.Union Bank of India. 4.Click on the Bank of your choice.
      5.Enter the amount you wish to recharge with and click on submit.
      6.Reference Number will be displayed, please note that number for future reference and click on OK.
      7.You will be redirected to the chosen bank.
      8.Log in to your Bank with details.
      9.It will ask for confirmation of amount, Confirm and click OK.
      10.Reference ID will be displayed, please note it down for future reference.
      11.Your Kiosk ID will be recharged.
      12.If the amount doesn’t appear in your account and if you have recharged through SBI, you can verify
      it from the link, “SBI Self Top up Verification mechanism”.
      13.Click on “SBI Self Top up Verification mechanism link” available under activities section on your Kiosk home page.
      14.Enter your reference number and click on verify, you will get to know the status of your payment.
      15.You can view all your Top Up details from “KIOSK Top up Details link” available under activities section on your Kiosk home page.

  • How to Recharge KIOSK ID with Cash?
    • 1.Log in to "www.mponline.gov.in" with your kiosk ID and password.
      2.Scroll down to the Kiosk Services, Activities section and click on “Record your Top up Details”.
      3.Select the Bank in which you want to deposit cash and you will get to know the account number for same.
      4.Once cash is deposited enter all the details in same link.
      5.Enter Amount Deposited, Select Bank, Select Mode of Payment, Enter Transaction No., Enter Self A/C Number
      and Branch Code of the Bank where Amount is deposited and click on submit.
      6.It takes 24 hours for your ID to get recharge in case of recharge through Cheque or Cash.
      7.You can view all your Top Up details from “KIOSK Top up Details link” available under activities
      section on your Kiosk home page.

  • I couldn’t take the printout of receipt, from where can I take print of duplicate receipt?
    • Log in with your kiosk ID, go to my transactions and click on the transaction ID for which
      you want to take the print, you will be able to see the duplicate receipt.

  • How much is commission paid on different services?
